Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised the managers of Parquets Marty, the French leader in wood flooring, on the management buyout (MBO) of the firm from its parent company, Swiss group Nybron Flooring International (NFI). This acquisition follows on from the company's comprehensive restructuring as part of the business continuation plan approved by the commercial court of Agen in March 2009.
