Gide Loyrette Nouel advises MACSF (Mutuelle d'Assurances du Corps de Santé Français) on the acquisition in state of future completion, from BNP Paribas Real Estate, of the "Via Verde" office building in Nanterre (France).

In this transaction, MACSF was advised by partner Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse, Arnaud Moutet and David Gérard of Gide Loyrette Nouel's Real Estate Transactions and Financing department for the operational and real estate matters. 14 Pyramides (Maître Frédéric Jouvion) acted as notary to the MACSF for the transaction.
