Gide Loyrette Nouel advised Legrand (world specialist in electrical installation and information network products and systems) in connection with the acquisition of Industrias Macse’s metal cable trays business to strengthen its foothold in Mexico. The Macse brand is widely-known in this country and the company has a reputation for the highest quality. 
 
The acquisition remains subject to regulatory authority approval.
