20 May 2010 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris advises Klépierre on its Euro Medium Term Note programme:
In April 2010, French company Klépierre launched two bond issues under its Euro Medium Term Note programme set up on 1 April 2010. The first issue involved EUR 700 million 4% bonds due 2017; the second, EUR 200 million 4.625% bonds due 2020. The bonds have been issued by means of a private placement and have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris. BNP Paribas, ING Commercial Banking, BBVA, BofA Merrill Lynch and CM-CIC Marchés acted as Joint Lead Managers for the first issue. J.P. Morgan acted as sole Manager for the second transaction.
Gide Loyrette Nouel advised the banks for the setting up of the programme and the two successive issues with a team comprising partner Hubert du Vignaux and associates Marc-Etienne Sébire, Camille Munuera and Valérie Charreton.
