2 November 2009 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris advises Icade on the merger-acquisition of its listed subsidiary SIICInvest:

Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised the listed real estate group Icade, majority owned by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, on the merger-acquisition by Icade of its subsidiary SIICInvest, a listed real estate investment company.

This operation was granted a public repurchase offer exemption by the French securities regulator (AMF) on 22 September 2009.

The extraordinary general meetings of the shareholders of Icade and SIICInvest, convened on Friday 30 October 2009, endorsed the transaction.
