2 June 2009 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris advises ITM Entreprises on its partnership with KIABI:

ITM Entreprises and KIABI have entered into a memorandum of understanding for a joint venture partnership. This structure will allow the parties to develop a network of affiliated agents comprising sales outlets currently operated under the VETI brand which will agree to operate henceforth under the KIABI brand.

ITM Entreprises was advised by a team from Gide Loyrette Nouel led by Yann Utzschneider (competition law), Olivier Dauchez (tax law), partners, and Matthieu Roy (mergers & acquisitions), assisted by Sylvain Beaumont, Marc Solovei, Lucile Gaillard, and Magali Delaire.
