4 November 2009 - Gide Loyrette Nouel advises the Joint Lead Managers on the Havas bond issuance:
On 4 November 2009, Havas issued EUR 350-million 5.5% bonds due 2014. The bonds were subscribed by qualified investors and were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg stock exchange. CM-CIC Securities, Natixis and Oddo & Cie acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
