18 June 2010 - Gide Loyrette Nouel advises Hammerson on the sale of a 75% stake in its Espace Saint-Quentin shopping centre to Allianz:

Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Hammerson, Europe’s leading real estate development and investment company, on the signing of an agreement with Allianz concerning the sale of a 75% stake in the Espace Saint-Quentin shopping centre, near Paris.

Espace Saint-Quentin will be held as a joint venture with Hammerson which will continue to manage the property. The deal is worth EUR 176 million.

Hammerson was advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel (Jean-Jacques Raquin, Christopher Szostak), Arsene Taxand and Wargny Katz.
