Gide Loyrette Nouel advised GE Capital RE on the signature of a real estate development contract for the refurbishment of a building located between the rue des Archives and the rue Charlot in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. Its surface area covers 22,000 sq. m.

GE Capital RE is the project manager and investor, whereas Altarea Cogedim Entreprise is the developer.

The refurbishment of the building will favour an environmental approach.
