Gide Loyrette Nouel advised the executives and employees of GA group in connection with their acquisition, in association with a real estate investment fund managed by Perella Weinberg Partners, of an 80 % stake in GA, previously owned by RREEF, an investment fund affiliated to Deutsche Bank. 
 
GA group specialises in construction, development, investment and management in the corporate real estate sector.  Through this transaction, the executives and employees of the group have increased their equity interest in GA from 20 % to 40 %. The remaining 60 % stake is now owned by Perella Weinberg Partners.
