Hines Pan-European Core Fund won the invitation to tender launched by Tishman Speyer Strategic Office Fund for the sale, by share deal, of an office building known as "Eurosquare" located in Saint-Ouen.

“Eurosquare" is a property offering 15,421 m² of office space and 356 parking spaces distributed over seven floors, and is fully leased to a subsidiary of Gaz de France.

Tishman Speyer was advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel (Eric Martin-Impératori and
Hugues Moreau) on the corporate and transactional aspects of the deal and by Baker & McKenzie (Olivier Mesmin and Christine Daric) on the tax issues. The purchaser was advised by Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw (Jean-Pierre Lee and Arnaud Lecoeur).
