Gide Loyrette Nouel advised Europac, one of the leading packaging companies on the Iberian peninsula, on the acquisition of two of Otor's subsidiaries: Otor Papeterie de Rouen - OPR (a company that specialises in the production of light corrugated paper) and Otor Cartonnerie de Rouen- OCR (a company that specialises in the production of heavy duty packaging for industrial clients). 
 
This acquisition follows the announcement of April 18, 2008 concerning the beginning of exclusive negotiations between Otor and Europac for the purchase of OPR and OCR.
