9 November 2007 - Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I. advised Eurocommercial Properties in connection with its acquisition of two shopping centres in Saint-Doulchard and Chasse-sur-Rhône:

Eurocommercial Properties (ECP) has just purchased two shopping centres, one in Saint-Doulchard (18), the other in Chasse-sur-Rhône (38), each comprising a Géant Casino hypermarket and a gallery of shops. The total investment for these two transactions was 79 million euros. 

ECP was assisted by Gide Loyrette Nouel (Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse, partner) and the firm of notaries Allez Associés (Frédéric Martin).
