6 July 2009 - Gide Loyrette Nouel advises the French State on Dexia's sale of FSA Holding Ltd:

The Franco-Belgian group Dexia has concluded the sale of its credit enhancement subsidiary, FSA Holding Ltd, to Assured Guaranty Ltd. In this transaction, the French and Belgian States provided Dexia with a guarantee for its undertakings regarding FSA's Financial Products assets portfolio.
