19 February 2008 - Private Equity / Renewable Energy: Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris structures the acquisition of a wind farm.

Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I. was the legal counsel for DIF Renewable Energy fund over the tender offer and acquisition of a wind farm situated in the Beauce region (Louville-la-Chenard, Eure-et-Loire) from Platina Finance Limited, the private equity fund manager that was selling the wind farm.
