16 January 2012 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris advises Crédit Foncier on its public offer of bonds via Internet:

Crédit Foncier, a subsidiary of the BPCE Group, has announced the launch of a bond issue by way of public offer in France. This issue, with a six year maturity and bearing 4.25% annual interest, is destined to the general public and will be used for financing general-interest investments. The subscription period is open from 13 January 2012 to 12 February 2012 inclusive via a dedicated website or privileged partners.

Gide Loyrette Nouel is advising Crédit Foncier as Issuer and Arranger of the transaction, with a team including Hubert du Vignaux (partner), Laetitia Jouglain and Dajana Turujlija (associates).
