27 March 2007 - Gide Loyrette Nouel advises Unibail and the Whitehall Fund on the sale of the Cœur Défense building complex to Lehman Brothers Real Estate and Atemi:

Unibail and the Whitehall Fund signed a share sale and purchase agreement with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners and Atemi to sell their respective 49% and 51% stakes in SCI Karanis, the company that owns the Cœur Défense office building (containing 182,000 m² of office space) for a consideration of EUR 2.11 billion. The transaction also provides for the repayment to SCI Karanis of Unibail's share of a subordinated loan.
