8 December 2008 - Gide Loyrette Nouel, legal counsel to the Casino group on the sale of the buildings housing 42 minimarkets and supermarkets to AEW:

In pursuit of its policy of outsourcing its real estate assets, the Casino group signed an agreement with AEW Immocommercial, a real estate mutual investment organisation (OPCI), to sell it the buildings housing 42 “Casino”, “Franprix” and “Leader Price” minimarkets and supermarkets between now and the end of the year. These stores will continue to be operational minimarkets and supermarkets under long-term leases with variable rents. The rent will be calculated as a percentage of their turnover.

Gide Loyrette Nouel advised the Casino group on the various legal issues (Frédéric Nouel, Stéphane Puel and Emilie Capron).
