Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised the Caisses Régionales of Crédit Agricole on the creation of BforBank, the first private fully online bank of the 38 country-wide networks with the exception of the Ile-de-France region. BforBank is 85% owned by the regional networks and 15% by the central CASA organ. 

BforBank is a new form of a private online bank which targets higher net worth clients seeking to be more actively involved in the management of their assets. It offers internet users solutions for their savings, pensions, share investments, and tax management. The site provides services and practical, tailor-made expertise, in addition to online and telephone assistance.
