CB Richard Ellis Investors, acting on behalf of the SPE III Fund, leased premises under construction (off plan) in the eastern suburbs of Paris to a leading European company. The new premises will comprise around 9,000 sq. m. of office space.

CB Richard Ellis Investors, acting on behalf of the SPE III Fund, also purchased premises, previously belonging to the tenant, located in the inner suburbs of Paris with a surface area of some 12,500 sq. m. These premises will continue to be occupied by the tenant while it waits for the construction works on the new premises to be completed.
