Credit Agricole Asset Management Real Estate (CAAM RE) has just acquired the headquarters of Lease Plan, located in Rueil-Malmaison, on behalf of SCPI Edissimmo. The building, sold by Bankhaus Wölbern for EUR 81.4 million, contains around 17,000 sq. m. of office space. 

CAAM Real Estate was advised by the Real Estate Transactions and Financing Department of Gide Loyrette Nouel (Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse, partner, and Hugues Moreau) and by the firm of notaries, Wargny Katz.

The vendor in this transaction was advised by the law firm Marccus Partners (Yann François and Silke Nadolni) and by the firm of notaries, Cheuvreux.
