Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Bushnell Outdoor Products, world leader in high-performance sports optics and outdoor accessories, headquartered in Kansas, on its acquisition of Cébé. Cébé was sold by Marcolin, one of the leading manufacturers of eyewear listed on the Milan stock exchange. Cébé specialises in manufacturing premium-quality frames and high-performance sports sunglasses.
