26 April 2007 - Gide Loyrette Nouel acted in the sale of the Atrium Building:

Gide Loyrette Nouel and Jones Day acted in the sale of the Atrium Building.The transaction involved the purchase of SCI Atrium, the property company owning the Atrium Building, situated in Place des Vins de France, Paris (12th District), by Compagnie La Lucette from the Allianz group at a price of EUR 110 million.

This building has a floor area of 12,000 m² and is fully let to the French Ministry of Finance.

For the purposes of this acquisition, Compagnie la Lucette was represented by:

	Jones Day: Jean-Louis Martin, Arielle Messawer and Julie Duvivier, handling the property and company law issues, and Vincent Agulhon and Nathalie Sénéchault, handling the tax issues;

	Compagnie La Lucette instructed Maître Arnaud Lasnier (SCP Arnaud Lasnier & Nathalie Torlasco) to act as its notary.

Allianz and Stam were represented by:

	Gide Loyrette Nouel: Erwan Le Douce-Bercot, Arnaud Moutet and Antoine Mary, handling the property and company law issues; and

	Grützmacher Gravert Viegener: Pascal Schultze, handling the tax issues;

	Allianz and Stam instructed Maître Jean-François Le Falher (Le Breton & Associés) to act as their notary.
