23 October 2008 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris, legal counsel to the French State for an alliance project between Aéroports de Paris and Schiphol Group:

Gide Loyrette Nouel is advising the French State in connection with the project to establish an alliance between Aéroports de Paris and NV Luchthaven Schiphol ("Schiphol Group") - Amsterdam Airport - through a long-term industrial co-operation agreement and 8% cross-shareholding agreement to create a leading alliance in the world airport management industry. 
 
The industrial cooperation agreement between the two largest European airport management groups, due to be signed for an initial term of 12 years, will be a major strategic initiative which should provide mutual benefits for both companies in both their aeronautical and non-aeronautical business, and in promoting their international development.  

Schiphol Group and Aéroports de Paris will each acquire an 8% stake in the other to strengthen their mutual industrial co-operation commitment:

	Aéroports de Paris will acquire an 8% equity stake in Schiphol Group by subscribing to a reserved capital increase, requiring a total investment of some € 370 million;

	Schiphol Group will acquire an 8% equity interest in Aéroports de Paris from the French State at a price of € 67 per share, requiring a total investment of some € 530 million.
