25 July 2005 - Acquisition of "Le Prélude" in Boulogne-Billancourt:

Gide Loyrette Nouel acted for the German investment fund SEB Immoinvest in its acquisition of an ad hoc company, owner and main contractor in the construction of an office building called "Le Prélude" with a surface area of around 8,500 sq. m. The building is under construction and the works are being carried out by Hines.

The Gide Loyrette Nouel legal team working on this transaction included Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse, partner, François de Navailles, associate, handling the corporate issues, Carol Santoni, associate, handling the real estate issues, and Julien Aillet, associate, handling the tax issues.
