22 March 2010 - IFLR Awards 2010: Gide Loyrette Nouel named "France Law Firm of the Year":

Gide Loyrette Nouel was named "France Law Firm of the Year" at the 2010 edition of the IFLR Awards held in London on 18 March. This is the third time we have won the IFLR accolade following 2005 and 2006.

"Gide wins in France for its work helping to structure French bank rescue fund SFEF, and for its role on Eurazeo's convertible bonds in Danone".

This year the Firm was also nominated in the "Deal of the Year" category for the IMO Car Wash - Restructuring deal (handled by the London Office).
