31 March 2010 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca, legal counsel to FinanceCom and RMA Watanya on the financing of the acquisition of 31.94% of the share capital of Meditel:
Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca (partner Hicham Naciri, Ayoub Eddaira and Assia Atlassi) has advised FinanceCom and RMA Watanya with regard to the EUR 320 million financing transaction carried out by a consortium of Moroccan banks, led by BMCE Bank, with a view to the acquisition by FinanceCom and RMA Watanya of 31.94 % of the share capital of Moroccan telephone operator, Meditel, from Telefonica Moviles España S.A Unipersonal and PT Servicios de Telecommunicaceos SGPS SA.
