26 February 2007 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca advised Banque Centrale Populaire, a Moroccan bank, in connection with a financing offer worth US$ 100 million:
The Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca office advised the Moroccan bank, Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP), in connection with a financing package worth around US$ 100 million granted by BCP and BMCE Bank (Morocco) to the Moroccan shipping company, International Maritime Transport Corporation (IMTC) for the acquisition of four 1 700 TEU container ships. The Danish giant, Maersk, is to charter these latest generation vessels.
Hicham Naciri, partner, led the Gide Loyrette Nouel legal team acting for BCP in this deal, assisted by Thomas Urlacher and Wacef Bentaibi.
