Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca advised the insurance and reinsurance company Atlanta for its initial public offering on the first sub-market of the Casablanca Stock Exchange. The IPO consisted of an issue of 1,005,720 shares representing 17% of the company’s share capital, for total proceeds of between 1,056,006,000 and 1,206,864,000 dirhams, equivalent to approximately EUR 95 to 108 million.
The Gide Loyrette Nouel team who assisted Atlanta for this IPO consisted of partners Hicham Naciri and Yassir Ghorbal, and senior associate Younes Maleh.
