17 October 2007 - Sylvain Aoust joins Gide Loyrette Nouel in Casablanca as senior associate:

Gide Loyrette Nouel is pleased to announce that Sylvain Aoust has joined the Firm’s Casablanca office as a senior associate.  He is specialised in mergers and acquisitions, company law, and real estate law within the scope of M&A operations.  He has taken part in numerous acquisitions in France and abroad on behalf of industrial groups and investment funds, notably concerning land.  His mission will be to intervene in mergers and acquisitions, project financing and real estate law operations.   

Prior to joining Gide, Sylvain has been an associate for 4 years within the mergers and acquisitions department of an international law firm, then of a law firm specialising in private equity operations.  He has an advanced graduate diploma (DESS) in Commercial Law from the University of Bourgogne and a Master's degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC (a leading business school in the Paris region).
