7 December 2006 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca advises Attijariwafa bank and Unigrains on the setting up of an investment fund with an initial capital of around EUR 18 million:

The Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca office advised Attijariwafa Bank and Unigrains on structuring and setting up the first agribusiness capital investment fund. 
 
This fund, called "Agram Invest", is endowed with an initial capital of MAD 200 million (around EUR 18 million) and has mobilised a number of investors. On the European side, alongside Unigrains, the shareholders include European Investment Bank, Crédit Agricole and Averroès Finance. The Moroccan investors, alongside Attijariwafa bank, include Crédit Agricole du Maroc, MAMDA-MCMA and Crédit du Maroc.  

This new investment fund adds yet another fund to the Attijariwafa bank portfolio, strengthening the group's capital investment business positioning.
