Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Groupama on the launch of Groupama Asigurari, the new leader on the Romanian insurance market. The new company is the result of a merger between Asiban and BT Asigurari and will offer Romanian customers the best possible services and performance in terms of life and accident insurance. 
 
This transaction is the largest merger in the insurance sector in Romania.
