30 May 2006 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Bucharest advises BRD, Groupe Société Générale and Banca Romaneasca on the financing of the construction of Euromall commercial centre in Pitesti:

French Group Flash Consult Invest has entered into a financing agreement with BRD - Groupe Société Générale and Banca Romaneasca for the construction of the Euromall commercial centre in Pitesti.

The legal assistance for the execution of the financing agreement was provided for Flash Consult Invest by the law firm Musat & Associates, and for the banking syndicate by Gide Loyrette Nouel.  

The official opening of the commercial centre Euromall Pitesti is reckoned to take place in 2007. The commercial centre will be located next to the town centre and will include a large number of shops and places for entertainment.

For the first two Euromall commercial centres, which are going to be located in Pitesti and Galati, Flash Consult Invest will invest over Euro 70 million.
