Avocat au Barreau de Paris depuis 2009, Victor Grandguillaume exerce au sein du département Projets (Finance & Infrastructures) où il concentre son activité dans le domaine du financement de projets dans les secteurs de l'énergie, des infrastructures et des ressources naturelles. Il a rejoint le cabinet Gide en 2014, après avoir passé quatre années à conseiller en matière de projets d'énergie et d'infrastructure, notamment en Europe, en tant que collaborateur chez Allen & Overy, et dans l'équipe de financement de structures de Latham & Watkins.
Victor intervient notamment sur des projets de centrales électriques renouvelables (PV, éoliennes et hydro) et non renouvelables (fuel, gaz et charbon) et sur des projets d'infrastructure (ports, aéroports, routes, stations de traitement des eaux) et miniers (projets miniers de fer, de bauxite, de manganèse, de lithium, d'or et de terres rares notamment).
Victor conseille les institutions financières, les autorités publiques et les sponsors qu'il accompagne dans le cadre de projets situés notamment en Afrique. Victor intervient sur l'ensemble des aspects de ces projets (phase de développement, rédaction et négociation de la documentation de projet et de financement).
Il a développé une expertise spécifique dans le domaine des projets d'énergie renouvelable et conseille les principaux sponsors, institutions financières et entités publiques sur le développement et le financement de ces projets.
