Nadège Nguyen is a partner in Gide's Mergers-Acquisitions/Corporate practice group. Her practice covers domestic and cross-border acquisitions and corporate matters, in particular in the industrial and renewable energy sectors, as well as private equity restructuring and turn-around transactions.
Nadège Nguyen recently advised KPS Capital Partners on the acquisition of Bosch Group automotive foundation brakes business, Groupe Monnoyeur on the sale of BM Location to Kiloutou; Wolseley Plc on the sale of its French subsidiary Brossette to Saint Gobain. She also advises on a regular basis Econocom, Pernod Ricard and Johnson Controls.
Nadège is Elected Chair of Lex Mundi by the organization’s Board of Directors during the 2013 Lex Mundi Leadership Summit and Annual Meeting in Amsterdam.
