Carole Malinvaud is a partner in Paris' Arbitration practice group. She specialises in international commercial law and more particularly in international arbitration, having acted in numerous international and institutional arbitrations both as counsel and as arbitrator.
Carole's recent activities include two major ICC arbitrations on commercial interests in Africa and on the banking sector in Europe and the Middle East. She is also active in an ICSID case on investments in Latin America. She currently acts as an arbitrator in two major ICC procedures on interests in Latin America and in the United States.
Graduated from Paris II University and Harvard Law school, Carole is a member of the Paris and the New York Bars.
A former chair of the Comité Français de l'Arbitrage (CFA), Carole is chair of the International Chamber of Commerce French international arbitration commission (ICC France), and an elected member of the International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS). She is a former Officer of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Carole is also chair of the Gide Pro Bono Commission.
